Our Personnel Teams are professional and faithful towards their jobs, select good and qualified crews as DECK OFFICERS, ENGINE OFFICERS and RATINGS as per our Clients needs and requested on-board their ship/vessel by double checked the crew performances at their previous Company, and we holding them for our client during the hiring processed until the crew fly on to the port join destination instructed by our client.

The crew must holding valid certificates per STCW 2010 Amendment, which is online certificates for all maritime link to be checked , speak and write good English language, able to work with other different crews from different Nationalities, and FIT medical.
